The third quarter of 2024 provided some intriguing metrics for the top io games on a unified platform in the United States. According to data from Sensor Tower, the performance of these apps varied significantly in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.

Paper.io 2 from Voodoo saw a decline in weekly revenue from $19.5K at the start of July to $11.5K by the end of September. Downloads followed a similar pattern, decreasing from 178K in early July to 188K by the end of the quarter, with a notable dip mid-quarter. However, weekly active users showed resilience, starting at 444K and peaking at 469K before stabilizing around 449K.

Hole.io, also from Voodoo, experienced fluctuations in revenue, starting at $9.3K and ending at $15.2K by September. Downloads were relatively stable, beginning at 181K and concluding at 175K, with a peak of 201K in early August. Weekly active users maintained a strong presence, rising from 828K to over 907K by the end of the quarter.

Agar.io by Miniclip.com had a steady decline in revenue, starting at $5.9K and dropping to $2.9K by the end of September. Downloads fell significantly from 37K in early July to 8.3K by the end of the quarter. The number of weekly active users decreased from 85K to 42K over the same period.

Snake Clash! from Supercent, Inc. showed a slight increase in revenue, starting at $4.8K and closing at $5.6K. However, downloads saw a downward trend from 223K to 118K by the end of September. Despite this, weekly active users remained robust, beginning at 997K and ending at 1.1M.

Lastly, Little Big Snake by LittleBigSnake, Inc. experienced a decrease in revenue, from $3.8K at the start of July to $3.4K at the end of September. Downloads started at 4.2K and dropped to 2.4K, while weekly active users saw a decline from 13.4K to 11K throughout the quarter.
